just when I thought things were getting better more worries come my way. i guess this is God's way to make me stronger and keep my faith but i just pray that the people in my family get better and stay healthy ... that i have the right mind set when i go back to school ... that the people who are here for me now will always be there for me no matter what ... that through all my efforts I can get what I am reaching for and that people will appreciate what I have done ...
- repose of the soul of my tita's father
- that my lolo stays strong from all his illnesses
- that my tita overcomes her sickness
- that my close friend in the philippines recovers well from surgery
so yea enough of the drama...
God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
enjoying one moment at a time,
accepting hardship as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life,
and supremely happy with Him forever in the next.
