As I turn another year older I look back on the past year and remember all the good and not so good times that I had. I learned alot from my experiences and have grown from each and every one of them. I thank God for granting me another year and I have made goals for myself this year that I will try my best to achieve. I hope that the people that have been there for me will still be there for me when I need them. Thank you to all those that greeted my from here and afar (Philippines, Italy). I appreciate all the kind words you said to me.

To my CHIPS: Shine, Joy, Myra, Charlene - you girls are just wonderful..thank you for the text and offline messages...your messages really meant alot to me and I thank you girls for always being there for me no matter what happened and just know that I'm only a text away. I hope our friendship continues through the coming years!! :)

To the NSSians: you guys are great...thank you to everyone who greeted me through the forum, offline messages, PM, and text messages. There are too many names to write down here but thank you to ALL of you!!! Keep supporting Nina no matter what...Just wait for the mocha cake..hehe :)

To Aisa: thank you for the birthday cards and for being the 1st to greet me on the actual day. Your words to me almost made me cry thank you for everything. You really are like a little sister to me. Thank you so much for everything & remember I'll always be here for you. Just keep smiling and relax :)

To my friends here: I know they won't read this but thank you to all of you. I know I haven't talked to some of you in forever, but you still managed to remember my birthday. Thank you so much it meant alot to me and I hope we can all stay in touch.

I didn't have a "formal" birthday celebration, but we had a small get together since my cousin from the Philippines was here for the weekend. So on Sunday, Sept. 4, we had my family and some of my cousins friends over. It was better than I expected and they got me a cake for my birthday. On my actual birthday I had class, but when I got home my family got me another cake so I could blow out some candles..hehe
